Kay Wolff Kripchak’s passion is performance-based coaching to help individuals clarify and define goals (and dreams) and then move them to success. Kay is a credentialed Master Performance Consultant with the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and a credentialed Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also an ICF registered certified Mentor Coach. In addition, Kay is a John Maxwell Team (JMT) coach, trainer, and speaker and a member of the JMT Executive Leadership Team. Kay has more than 25 years of coaching and leadership development experience and is well-experienced with program development, project management, and the integration of processes, programs, and talent management initiatives.
Kay Wolff Kripchak has experience in a diverse set of contexts, including telecommunications, asset management, staffing, hospitality, customer service, manufacturing, education, and USAF military, including contracting. The latter helped Kay to hone her skills in leadership development, education, and training, as well as providing a place to stretch her skills in diagnosing challenging organizational issues and designing tailored solutions. Kay is passionate about helping others to bring out their best self and achieve more in both work and life. She specializes in the emotional intelligence and positive psychology approaches to coaching. Kay holds a Ph.D. in Psychology specializing in Industrial and Organizational (I-O) Psychology and Coaching. She also holds a master’s degree in Psychology, specializing in I/O (Business Psychology), and is certified in numerous psychological, personality, and 360-degree inventories, including DISC, the 16pf inventory, and the EQi 2.0/360 emotional intelligence inventory.
When Kay is not working, she spends her time traveling and hunting down her family history and serves as her family historian. Kay and her husband serve together on the board of the Montgomery County Historical and Genealogical Society in Alabama.
